In this episode of Courageous Dialogues, Mark Christie, an education technology specialist based in the Northern Territory talks about his role after a flight over Darwin in his Ultralight plane.

We touch on a number of topics related to the delivery and support levels to schools across remote and urban NT including:

  • Satellite, clouds and internet

  • Impact of COVID and the increasing capacities of teachers with technologies

  • Considerations for schools when it comes to security

  • Education offerings to students in remote parts of the NT.

In between flying with Mark and our podcast I had a crash course on Adobe Audition and learned the differences between podcast and vodcast.

While Mark is busy putting together the video footage from our flight so I can turn our podcast into a vodcast I thought I’d share with you what we spoke about over the course of the morning. This episode will be updated with the fabulous footage taken over Darwin and I will be sure to share this out to the different social media streams!

NOTE: I'm going to apologise in advance and let you all know that I may always refer to my posts as ‘podcast’, even if they are officially ‘vodcasts’ - just get used to it but know the difference:-)
